The CloseAway project:

Domenico Guida is the founder. There are many people that always love and support this project since it was born, first of all to quote is Mario Santamaria, a Dom's friend. The meaning of CloseAway comes from the various songs' backgrounds, sometimes telling about stories so far (Bohpal 1984, El Mozote 1981…), sometimes something closer, coming from the deep of the soul. Dom and Mario worked toghether in some of lyrics.
The first EP was released in january 2010, called CloseAway .
In 2012 something changed: CloseAway have new members. In the summer of 2012 they have been realized a video and new songs in a new little work. The new work collected 3 songs and it's called Unirisin Suns stand Still.
At the same time "Unrisin Suns Stand Still" gives a taste of the longer work that is going out soon.
Domenico Guida and Davide Costantini are friends from many years ago, they have often collaborated in some other musical project.
With the entrance of Davide in the band, Dom and him detonated a new sound sparkling with electro sheen and rock energy. Their feeling (that comes from their friendship) with their enthusiasm infected other artists like Dario Mattia and Andrea Jannicola bringing them into the staff.
The CloseAway's sound is influenced by the 80's music, and post rock of this new century's first years. Anyway CloseAway likes not to put limits now with genres stuff.
